Her artistic universe harmonises vulnerability and power, with authenticity and expressiveness. With a wealth of stage experience, it is with charisma and a fiery energy that she feels alive on stage!

Biography(s)

Adam Carpels

After having worked for and within different projects in Hauts de France and Paris: Thérèse, Lexa Large, Lucius… the year 2020, from chaos, sees the producer from Lille launching his solo project. Conscious of proposing a cinematographic sound, he decided to join forces with video artist and VJ Sofian Hamadaïne-Guest with whom he works on the visual theme of exodus and travel. On stage, the VJ’s live videos give a whole new dimension to Adam Carpels’ music. The band takes us on an audiovisual journey through urban landscapes and wilderness.

Spotted and now accompanied by La Cave aux Poètes (SMAC in Roubaix), integrated into the Hello Music scheme (grouping of 3 venues in the Lille area), he has been at the heart of the news at the end of 2021 with the release of an EP and programming at the Reeperbahn and the MaMA. Adam Carpels has a wealth of live experience: 667 aftershow, opening acts for Féfé & Leeroy, Makala, Microphone Check, Le Chapelier Fou, the latest editions of the Tour de Chauffe and Crossroads festivals… He is also an integral part of the Thérèse project as a composer and live musician, signed to WART (Jeanne Added, Acid Arab…) and to Chancy Publishing (like his solo project). Adam Carpels has also conducted workshops that reveal his passion for transmission and interaction: creation of a musical show for children and musical awakening with the UFCV in 2017, beatmaking workshops within the ARA (music school of Roubaix), audiovisual workshops within the framework of the PEPS device in 2020, a musical exchange with Senegal promoted by the Flow (venue in Lille) in 2021/2022…
