As part of Printemps à la Gare Saint Sauveur with lille3000, Latitudes Contemporaines takes over the Gare Saint Sauveur for two evenings of fiery DJ sets and a roller party. The all-female line-up, from coupé-décalé to batida and dancehall, over a free weekend open to all! To get your Friday night off to a good start, we’re featuring DJ sets by two artists brimming with talent and energy: ASNA and Margaux59000.

Discovered by the collective Laisse Tomber les Filles, it is with sets with various influences that she scours Lille’s stages. After some notable Parisian dates such as CREOLE and radio sets on Rinse France or Hôtel Radio Paris, she recently joined the Enlace Records label.
From gommance to bouyon, via batida, she mixes genres and eras, and will not leave anyone indifferent!

Born and raised in Ivory coast, Asna defines herself as a music explorer.
She pays particular attention to the traditional rhythms that have influenced contemporary African music. She makes people dance under a variety of genres, from Ivorian « coupé décalé », to electronic Angolan dancehall or new African experimental music scene. She explores a new vision of rhythms that include percussion, traditional African music patterns and mix it with the unlimited possibilities provided by electronic music.
