INVENTER DES FUTURS AVEC LA CRITIQUE EN DANSE :
Two days of meetings, discussions, and roundtables
June 18, 2–5 PM & June 19, 9 AM–6 PM
Auberge de la Maison Folie Wazemmes, Lille
As spaces dedicated to critique in the media continue to shrink, new ways of engaging reflection through aesthetic experience are emerging. By reworking established habits and roles, these practices set in motion power relations within the cultural field. How can we activate the emancipatory potential of critical practice?
At the invitation of the Démêlées team — local critics of dance, choreography, and performance — these two days of exchange aim to share ideas, questions, and tools, and to experiment with collective forms of critique in order to imagine desirable futures for, and with, dance criticism.
Cultural professionals, artists, journalists, students, and audiences: these two days of collective reflection are open to all, subject to availability.
CŒURS CRITIQUES AVEC LES DÉMÊLÉES
